Extra! Extra! El Paso Times endorses Jim

Jim is honored to receive the endorsement of the El Paso Times. From this morning's paper:
"In this crowded field of nine, Jim Tolbert is most positive about the new direction El Paso has been taking. ...
Tolbert has been active as an advocate for Downtown revitalization, smart-code growth and preserving open spaces. As with all nine candidates, he says it’s important to reach out to the small businesses in the district.
Tolbert says he’s strong on maintaining streets and on code compliance."
Thank you El Paso Times!
